CM mourns former chief secy RS Talwar's death

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Thursday mourned the death of former chief secretary and The Tribune Trust president RS Talwar (94), who died in Gurgaon after a brief illness. Talwar is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.

In a condolence message, the chief minister described Talwar as an able administrator and a thorough gentleman.

Deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal also mourned the death.
