State CPM secretary Inderjit Singh said Vadra-DLF land nexus was only the tip of an iceberg as majority of the prime land under the NCR had been squandered by misusing the Land Acquisition Act to favour a few people and companies, causing loss to farmers.
He said the inquiry done by four deputy commissioners, who gave a clean chit to Vadra, was an exercise in farce.
He said chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda owed a public explanation over the issue as he had been accused of indulging in the land deals.
