In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Dhumal said instead of blaming the BJP for various ills that the state was facing, the Congress leaders should try to set their own house in order.

Dhumal added in last Lok sbaha elections when Congress lost 59 seats out of 68 seats, its leaders did not resign on moral grounds but now they were demanding resignation of BJP leaders for no valid reasons.
The BJP leader alleged that forest mafia, liquor mafia and mining mafia were running the state and as a result people of the state had to face the wrath of the nature.

“Had the government acted in time and curbed the activities of the mafia operating in the state, lives of many persons would have been saved as well as loss to the government and private property would have been prevented,” he claimed.

Dhumal said the state was facing multifarious problems, employees were not getting their dues on time, their promotions have been held up and transfers on political considerations were on with impunity.

The BJP leader said contrary to the statements of various Congress leaders, no adequate relief had been given to those who suffered huge losses due to heavy rain in the state and the situation was bad at a time when there was shortage of revenue patwaris in the state.
