'Haryana ministers not in tune with Constitution'

Karan Dalal, Congress MLA from Palwal on Wednesday said that the Council of Ministers in Haryana is not in tune with the Constitution.

He said that the decision taken by the Khattar cabinet is illegal. As per the Consititution, numbers of ministers should not be less than 12 but there are only 10 ministers in ML Khattar cabinet.
