HC transfers 22 judicial officers

The Punjab and Haryana high court has transferred district and sessions judges (D&SJs) Arun Kumar Tyagi as registrar (vigilance) in the high court, Shekhar Kumar Dhawan as D&SJ at Gurgaon and Sant Parkash as D&SJ at Jind. In all, 22 judicial officers have been transferred.

The Punjab and Haryana high court has transferred district and sessions judges (D&SJs) Arun Kumar Tyagi as registrar (vigilance) in the high court, Shekhar Kumar Dhawan as D&SJ at Gurgaon and Sant Parkash as D&SJ at Jind. In all, 22 judicial officers have been transferred.

Additional district and sessions judges who have been promoted are Ravi Kumar Sondhi as D&SJ at Panchkula, Jadgeep Jain as D&SJ at Rewari, Harnam Singh Thakur as D&SJ at Ambala, Narinder Paul Dewett as presiding officer of the industrial tribunal-cum-labour court at Gurgaon, Deepak Gupta as member secretary, Haryana state legal services authority, at Chandigarh and Laxmi Narain Jindal as district judge of the family court at Sonepat.

Other additional district and sessions judges who have been transferred include Mahender Singh to Nuh, Phalit Sharma to Gurgaon, Devender Singh to Panipat and Lal Chand as member secretary, Chandigarh legal services authority.

In Punjab, the D&SJs who have been transferred include Karnail Singh Ahii to Muktsar, Vivek Puri to Ferozepur, Amarjot Bhatti to Rupnagar and Balbir Singh to Sangrur.
