Hry assembly Adjournment motion on Vadra deal today

An adjournment motion pertaining to the controversial land deal involving Robert Vadra, the son-in-law of Congress president Sonia Gandhi, was on Tuesday admitted by Haryana assembly speaker Kuldeep Sharma. The memorandum for adjournment motion, which was submitted by INLD MLA from Kalayat Ram Pal Majra, was listed for Wednesday.

The memorandum for adjournment motion, which was submitted by INLD MLA from Kalayat Ram Pal Majra, was listed for Wednesday.

The speaker told INLD legislator in a lighter vein that he knew that Majra would be surprised seeing him admit the motion.

A few others MLAs from the treasury benches, including parliamentary affairs minister Randeep Surjewala, said that the move would have left Majra stunned.
