Jain takes oath as Akali MLA

A Vidhan Sabha spokesman said assembly speaker Charanjit Singh Atwal administered the oath of office and secrecy to Jain in his chamber. Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and revenue minister Bikram Singh Majithia were present on the occasion.
