Jalandhar police books Ramdev for showing disrespect to Guru's photo

Yog Guru Baba Ramdev has been booked under Section 295-A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) of IPC on Monday evening after the complaint of Harpreet Singh, a member of Sikh Talmel committee.

The committee member lodged a complaint that Ramdev had allegedly shown disrespect to Guru Gobind Singh by placing Guru’s photo near his feet during a Yoga camp at Talwandi Sabo.
