Joginder Kahlon quits Congress, joins INLD

Joginder Kahlon quit the Congress party and joined the Indian National Lok Dal on Sunday. Indian National Students Organisation (INSO) president Digvijay Singh Chautala welcomed him to the party in a function held in Hisar.
