The presidents of the newly elected 122 municipal councils/nagar panchayats would be elected by March 17, Anil Joshi, local bodies minister, said in a press statement.
He said that after the election of the presidents, the first meeting of these elected representatives of the local bodies would be convened to administer them oath.
