Addressing the Footpath Workers Union in Sector 20, Kher claimed that Bansal had failed to give them identity. “The sitting MP of Congress, Pawan Kumar Bansal, has failed to provide you identity cards in the past 15 years. This time, you should not vote for Bansal, so that he does not get his ID card at Parliament,” Kher said, while the union members clapped.

Kher said BJP's prime ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi, understood the problems of the poor. Modi, along with his father, used to sell tea, and could understand the poor, she added.

At another meeting at Haryana accountant general's (AG) office in Sector 33, Kirron said BJP would take care of the government, and the government (if elected) would take care of them.

The party claimed that nearly 500 youths from different parts of the city joined BJP at the rally in Hallomajra. A road show was organised at Sector 39 and 40 in the evening, in which she was accompanied by party local unit chief, Sanjay Tandon, and former MP, Satya Pal Jain. Kher and Tandon also carried out a padyatra in Vikas Nagar.
