South Carolina governor Nikki Haley said her state would like to support Punjab in establishing aerospace, pharma, tourism and agro-processing industries, during her meeting with deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal here on Thursday.

Haley said South Carolina could help Punjab get business connections and advocated exchange of delegations to take the initiative forward. She also extended a formal invitation to Sukhbir Badal to visit South Carolina.
“Our success rate in skill training is as high as 93% and we would be glad to assist Punjab in this field also,” she added.
