Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a smuggler and recovered 8 kg of charas in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here on Sunday.
They said a naka was established at Kunzer on Srinagar-Gulmarg road following a tip-off about movement of some smugglers.

During the naka police intercepted a car and recovered 8 kg of charas, they said, adding one person was arrested.
They said more arrests will be made during the next few days.
