Over 11,000 students take PU's CET
Over 11,000 students appeared for PU's Common Entrance Test for various undergraduate courses offered by the university which was conducted on Saturday. The university had received 13,326 applications for 413 open seats in its various courses, which is 30.57% more it received last year.

The university had received 13,326 applications for 413 open seats in its various courses, which is 30.57% more it received last year.
PU Controller of Examinations (CoE) professor, Parvinder Singh stated that 11,571 students appeared for physics examination, 11,574 appeared for chemistry, 4766 appeared for biology, 7,315 appeared for mathematics, 93 appeared for biotechnology and 452 students appeared for computer science tests. Exams were conducted in 44 centres at PU and affiliated colleges.
