Most forms sold on the first day were for changing schools or streams. Candidates who have already been admitted to a government school but seek a change of school or stream may fill a form titled ‘Form for change of school/stream/ option’, which is available, free of cost, at GMSSS- 10, GMSSS-20, GMSSS-28, GMSSS-37, GMSSS46 and GMSSS, Manimajra, and also be downloaded from the education department’s website: www.chdeducation.gov.in.

Those who are yet to be admitted to a government school may purchase a registration form, which can be found inside the prospectus, available at the aforementioned schools.

Over 4,000 seats are up for grabs in this round, of which 1,600 are for the general category while the rest is for reserved categories.

Last date of submission of forms is July 18. The department will then upload the final list indicating cut off, allotment of schools and streams on July 24 on the department’s website.
