Phillaur gets Ranike's portfolios

Punjab tourism and jails minister Sarwan Singh Phillaur has been given additional charge as the minister for welfare of SC/BC and animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries. These portfolios were earlier with Gulzar Singh Ranike, who had to resign after a grant-siphoning scandal exposed by HT.
