Punjab transfers one IAS, 12 PCS officers

The Punjab government on Monday transferred one IAS and 12 PCS officers with immediate effect. According to a government spokesman, Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board secretary Dipinder Singh will also be director, colonisation, and secretary, Punjab Lokpal.

Additional secretary, transport and NRI affairs, Amarpal Singh has also been posted as chief executive officer of the Punjab Energy Development Agency.

Ludhiana Municipal Corporation commissioner Kuldeep Singh Vaid will also be additional chief administrator, Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) against a vacant post.

Rakesh Kumar Popli, estate officer, GLADA, will now be the subdivisional magistrate (SDM), Raikot, as well. Rajesh Dhiman has been posted as DTO, Sangrur, while Anuprita Johl will be the SDM, Sunam.

Charandev Singh Mann will be the Fazilka SDM, and in addition the ADC (G), Fazilka. Avneet Kaur will be the SDM, Chamkaur Sahib, against a vacant post. Sanjeev Kumar has been posted as the SDM, Dera Bassi, in place of Inderjit Kaur, who will now be estate officer, GMADA.

Iqbal Singh Sandhu will be the SDM, Jalandhar, in addition to secretary, RTA, against a vacant post.
Rajpal Singh will be the new SDM, Abohar, against a vacant post.
