Each time any of your friends buys an elegant pair of earrings from a shop in Hyderabad, don’t you ask her to get the same for you the next time she visits? When you match your accessories from head to toe, don’t you want to show it to a friend for a second opinion?

The virtual world now has the solution to all of these questions, on the newly launched ‘India’s first women’s social shopping site’ www.limeroad.com.

The site features everything that a woman can ask for—apparel (ethnic, western, lingerie), bags, accessories, footwear and home décor items.

Giving details about the site, its founder and CEO, Suchi Mukherjee, says, “Here, one can shop-by-city, shop-by-brand or shop-by-flagship stores, while browsing and connecting with shops, brands and retailers of their choice. It also has a scrapbook where one can organise, shop and share everything they like. It also lets you flip through and get inspired from what others have discovered.”

The website aims at delivering items within three to five days of placing the order, and the modes of payment are credit/debit cards and cash on delivery.
