Three IAS officers transferred in Punjab

The Punjab government on Friday issued the transfer orders of three IAS officers. A spokesman of the state said Mandeep Singh had been posted as secretary, forest and wildlife, and also continues to hold the charge of commissioner, Gurdwara Election Commission.

Balwinder Singh has been posted as special secretary, school education. Ritu Aggarwal has been posted as special secretary, general administration, relieving Bhawna Garg of the additional charge.
