Union government notifies Punjab's 5 PCS officers as IAS.

The union ministry of personnel on Wednesday notified the promotion of 5 Punjab civil services (PCS) officers including Pardeep Kumar, Kuldeep Singh Vaidh, Shiv Dular Singh Dhillon, Rajiv Prashar and Vinay Bublani to the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) cadre, a spokesman here stated.
