Golfer Karandeep Kochhar marked his best effort of the week with a closing 65 to finish Tied 4th on the concluding day of the Bangabandhu Club Golf Championship Bangladesh Open.

He was the best placed Indian during the championship. India’s Veer Ahlawat finished Tied-8th. Karandeep was Tied 4th with Bangladesh’s Rahman S and Thailand’s Saksansin P and Winaicharoenchai A. Meanwhile, Thailand’s Danthai Boonma bagged the title after an enthralling contest with Kosuke Hamamoto. Danthai fired a closing three-under par 68 at Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka.
