BJP’s Haryana president Archana Gupta on Thursday said the Kurukshetra model of skill training and other development works being carried out by MP Naveen Jindal would set an example for the entire country. She was the chief guest at “Naveen Awasar, Nayi Dishayein”, a job fair for people seeking employment abroad, organised by Naveen Jindal Foundation. Over 5,000 registrations were made for employment opportunities in various sectors, such as healthcare, logistics, construction, IT, retail, hospitality, international healthcare and others.

The MP said that fulfilling the promises made in his election manifesto, he completed the establishment of a modern skills centre in Kurukshetra and the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule ITI in Babain in two years.
The MP said, “During the last one year, 2,500 youth have been trained at the Kurukshetra centre and the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule ITI in Babain, making them self-reliant. The foundation has established training centres in 15 colleges and educational institutions. The Kaithal International Skill Centre will soon be opened at RKSD College,” he added.
Hisar MLA Savitri Jindal, Pundri MLA Satpal Jamba, former minister Subhash Sudha and others were present.
