The move aims to encourage people to seek timely medical advice without worrying about consultation costs. Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent minor health issues from turning into serious problems, ensuring that everyone has access to expert care at an affordable price.

Bipin Gupta, secretary of DMCH Managing Society said, “We are happy to offer this facility to the public. Our goal is to ensure that no patient is deprived of medical consultation due to financial constraints. DMCH will continue to take such initiatives in the interest of society.” He also added that the hospital already provides top class services at affordable rates with a highly skilled team of doctors and modern equipment.

Dr GS Wander, principal of DMCH, emphasised that patient care remains the hospital’s top priority. “This initiative will allow more people to approach doctors at an early stage of illness and receive timely advice at a nominal cost of just 20,” he said.
