In addition to Sultanpur Lodhi, seed distribution centres have been established at Gurdwara Bauli Sahib in Goindwal Sahib, Gurdwara Baba Buddha in Ramdas, Gurdwara Patshahi Fifth and Ninth in Guru Ka Bagh, and Gurdwara Jamni Sahib in Bajidpur (Ferozepur). Each centre will cater to seed requirements for 7,500 acres of cultivation and will continue in the coming days to assist farmers in need.

SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami said that, as per the decision of the SGPC executive committee, certified seeds will be distributed to small farmers owning less than 10 acres of land. He highlighted that the SGPC had earlier extended extensive support during the floods by providing langar, ration, diesel, and medical aid to affected areas. “With the blessings of the Guru, the SGPC remains committed to ensuring that those in need are never left helpless,” Dhami said, adding that the organisation will continue to assist farmers until their livelihoods are fully restored.
