Three tourists from Delhi killed in Kullu accident

Three tourists from Delhi, including two women and a child, were killed and three others were injured after their car went out of control in Kullu district on early Thursday morning.

According to reports, the tourists were returning from Manali in the morning via the Chandigarh-Manali national highway.

As they reached the Babali area, about 10 km before Kullu, the car driver reportedly lost control of the car, which crashed into a pole and a parapet near the ITBP Centre gate.

Three car occupants, Sonia, 40, Sakshi, 26, and Devisha, 5, died on the spot. The injured victims, Sachin, Sahil and Anika, were rushed to the civil hospital in Kullu with the help of local residents. They remain under treatment.

The severe impact of the collision left the car completely damaged. Upon receiving information about the incident, police reached the spot. The cause of the accident has yet to be determined, they said.
