UP RERA to launch micro-website to help resolve cases of promoters
Though this website, the promoters will submit details of the pending cases against them with any development authority so that the regulatory authority could also pursue these cases at its level and remove all bottlenecks in rolling out of the housing projects.
The UP RERA has decided to come up with a micro –website where promoters will be able to inform the regulatory authority about cases pending against them with any development authority.

This website will be linked with the main website of the UP RERA.
Chairman, UP RERA Rajive Kumar took this decision on Tuesday at 87th meeting of the regulatory authority.
“Often promoters tell UP RERA that due to pending cases against them with any development authority across the state, housing projects could not be rolled out or gets delayed,” said officials of the regulatory authority.
To resolve such cases at the earliest it has been decided to come up with a separate micro-website where promoters will be able to submit details about pending cases against them in development authorities, said UP RERA.
This will help RERA officials to take up the issue with development authorities concerned and ensure early resolution of the issue, added UP RERA.
