The Noida authority has rescheduled tripartite meetings involving homebuyers, builders and officials. The meetings are aimed at addressing issues faced by homebuyers.
Thousands of homebuyers have been suffering as the builders have failed to deliver flats on time. Chief minister Yogi Adityanath, after assuming office in March, 2017, directed the three authorities — Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway — to organise regular builder-buyer meetings under official supervision.
“We have released the new schedule for meetings till June 21. Once these meetings are over, we will come up with a new schedule till June-end,” said Santosh Kumar, officer on special duty of the Noida authority.
As per the new schedule, the authority has called meeting of homebuyers of Gardenia Gateway project located in sector 75 on June 12 at 12:30pm. On the same day, Logix Blossom Greens, located in sector 143, will also hold a meeting at 2pm.
On June 14, at 12:30pm, the authority had summoned homebuyers associated with Ajnara Daffodil housing project located in Sector 137. The authority has called a meeting of homebuyers of Grand Ajnara Heritage, located in Sector 74, on same day at 2pm.
The authority will address issues of homebuyers of Ridge Residency, located in Sector 135, on June 19. On June 21, homebuyers of Grand Omaxe in Sector 93B and those of Kindle Infraheight Private limited in Sector 143 will get the opportunity to discuss their issues with officials.

{{/usCountry}}All these meetings will be organised at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra located in Sector 6 in front of the Noida authority office.
The authority released the new meeting schedule after the transfer of the Noida authority additional chief executive officer Shishir Singh. Singh had been holding these meetings since April 10. So far, twenty three meetings have taken place and the respective builders have promised to address issues faced by homebuyers.
“ACEO Shishir Singh was well-versed with issues faced by the homebuyers and the builders as he had studied each project in detail over the last eight months. He also had on-the-spot solutions of buyers’ problems during the meetings. Now, a new official will have to study the projects to give solutions,” said Kumar.
