Yeida approves 9,992 cr budget for fiscal 2024-25; land allotment rates hiked

Yeida has doubled the budget approval for the 2024-25 financial year because it needs to develop at least 10 new sectors, in proximity to the upcoming airport

The Yeida has also decided to increase the land allotment rate by 5.14% in all categories of land such as residential, commercial, institutional and mixed land use, said officials. This means that Yeida will increase the rate at which the authority sells its land to the allottees. (HT Archive)

Greater Noida authority okays 4,859 cr budget for development projects

The authority has decided to spend ₹1,250 crore on developmental and construction work, ₹1,200 crore on land acquisition to pay funds to farmers, whose land is to be acquired, ₹120 crore on internal maintenance work in sectors, and ₹110 crore on outer main roads and public spaces
