Noida authority to introduce new residential plot scheme next month

The authority has readied 250 plots measuring 112 square metres (sqm) to 400sqm in Sector 151, adjacent to the Golf Course. It is also developing an 18-hole golf course along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 151. The remaining 250 plots are located in already developed sectors

Draft of New Noida master plan ready, say officials

On January 3, 2021, the Uttar Pradesh government added 80 more villages to Noida with an aim to ready industrial land, and create space for manufacturing units and financial institutions because there is no more land available to allot to businesses in the existing city

Underpass at Greater Noida’s Kisan Chowk set to decongest intersection

The Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), which conducted a survey of the Kisan Chowk traffic junction, suggested the construction of an underpass here, where a 130-metre wide road merges with a 60-metre wide road, connecting Surajpur with Ghaziabad towards the Delhi-Meerut Expressway (DME)
