New Delhi: A 40-year-old man was shot dead by motorcycle-borne assailants near his house in Sangam Vihar in south Delhi on Wednesday morning, an officer said.

Multiple teams were formed to identify the accused and arrest them, the officer said, adding that they are also probing the personal enmity angle.

Meanwhile, police have arrested the suspects in two separate murder cases reported on Monday.

A 21-year-old and a 20-year-old man were arrested for allegedly shooting dead a person, identified as Rashid, in Nehru Vihar.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stabbing to death Musraf, 26, while robbing him of his mobile phone along with his associate, who is still absconding, the officer added.
