: The Cantt police have arrested a man accused of opening fire on a young woman at a hotel on Mall Road, officials said on Monday. The accused, Shubham Rai, a resident of Chaklola in the Kapsethi area, was arrested near the Military Hospital. Police recovered a .32 bore pistol and cartridges from his possession. Assistant cmmissioner of plice (Cantt) Apoorva Pandey said the incident took place on April 11.
