Addressing a gathering after the grand Vijay Dashmi procession at Ramlila Maidan, he said that the tussle between Ram and Ravan was perennial. Unjust forces arise in different forms, sometimes in the form of Ravan and Duryodhan while sometimes in the form of terrorism and casteism that make society weak. He urged the people to walk on the path of truth, justice and religion and to take inspiration from Sanatana Dharma.

Adityanath extended Vijay Dashmi greetings to the people of the state and claimed that the new generation was very fortunate that they would get a chance to witness the historical moment of seating Lord Ram in his grand Mandir. CM said that lakhs of people had sacrificed their lives in peaceful agitations for this day.

He claimed that the double engine government (at the Centre and in the state) had paved the way for the construction of the Ram Mandir and ahead of the inauguration of the temple, PM Modi has provided residences to 4 crore people, washrooms and toilet to 12 crore , free grain to 80 crore people and health security to the poor that are basic features of Ram Raj.

He said that after defeating the anti-religious and unjust forces, Lord Ram had established Ram Raj and observed that when positive and constructive forces work with unity for society and nation then religion, truth and justice emerge victorious.

In a veiled attack on the son of Stalin he said that the ones who were opposing Sanatana Dharma and promoting casteism, were weakening national integrity.
