Australia wiped off the deficit on fourth morning of the second Test at Sydney. The hosts were 74 for no loss with a lead of four after 22 overs. It was a lacklustre bowling performance from the Indians who didn't look anyway close to taking a wicket.

Hayden was batting on 33, while Jaques was batting on 36. The duo has steadily build on from its overnight score of 13 without loss.

Australia 463 and 74/0

India 532
