Justice Rajiv Sikdar issued the direction on Tuesday.

Essel Sports, who launched ICL, had sent a legal notice last month threatening to file a suit in the High Court of England & Wales in London seeking various reliefs and damages against the BCCI, the England and Wales Cricket Board and the International Cricket Council for not recognizing it.

Essel Sports had said in the notice that if they did not receive a full and satisfactory substantive response from the BCCI by Dec 7, 2009, they would file proceedings in an English Court.

BCCI then approached the Delhi High Court against ICL's notice.
