SC asks BCCI state associations to take funds related grievance to Amicus Curiae Narasimha

The top court further said that those member cricket associations who have any grievances with the release of funds need to get their cases heard by Narasimha.

The Supreme Court on Thursday appointed Amicus Curiae PS Narasimha to hear the issues raised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The top court further said that those member cricket associations who have any grievances with the release of funds need to get their cases heard by Narasimha.

Narasimha will hear the BCCI’s position and then he will make recommendations to the Committee of Administration (COA).

A two-judge bench of the Apex Court, headed by Justice S A Bobde and also comprising Justice Abhay Manihar Sapre, said, any grievances by any party in the case, can approach the Supreme Court.
