The three accused were produced before metropolitan magistrate Pawan Singh Rajawat after their judicial custody came to an end on Wednesday.

“Kamruddin, Iqbal and Shahid are remanded to police custody till December 10,” the court said, rejecting the prosecution plea to grant seven-day police custody.

On November 26, a 30-year-old BPO employee was abducted and gangraped by five men in Dhaula Kuan.

The victim, along with one of her colleagues, was walking towards her residence in Moti village near Dhaula Kuan in South Delhi, when the accused kidnapped her. They later dumped her near Mongolpuri in West Delhi. PTI
