Movement of regular traffic on Thursday will be restricted on many arterial roads in the city. Delhi Traffic Police have asked all commuters to keep 15-20 extra minutes in hand to reach their destinations on time. “Try and use the Metro and other mode of public transport to avoid inconvenience,” said a senior official.
