
CBI releases sketches of blast suspects
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) released the photograph and sketch of two suspects involved in the Mecca mosque blast in Hyderabad. The May 18 incident had killed nine and left 58 injured.
“The portrait is of a bespectacled man aged 30-35 years, with a medium built, fair complexion and is 5ft 2in tall. The one in the released photograph is aged 25-30 years, 5ft 6in tall, medium built and of wheatish complexion,” informed a CBI official. The agency has announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh to anyone who gives information leading to the arrest of the accused.
The CBI managed to track down the shops from where the handset used in the unexploded bomb and the SIM cards had been bought.
