Girl abducted, gang raped by four youths

A 17-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by four youths, including a criminal from the Jafarpur Kalan police station area, in southwest Delhi. The incident took place in Ujwa village on Sunday and was reported to the local police on Monday.

According to police, of the four accused who are absconding, two including the criminal Jasbir alias Bhoora, were known to the victim. The other accused have been identified as Kuldeep, Monu and Lokesh.

A senior police officer said the matter came to their notice after the victim along with her mother approached them with a complaint. The victim alleged that on Sunday she was alone in her house, when the four youths abducted her and took her inside a government school.

“They took turns to rape the girl and later fled from the spot. Medical examination confirmed rape after which we registered a case against the absconding accused,” said the police officer.
