Chandolia, after furnishing Rs 3 lakh bond and two sureties of the same amount, had walked out of Tihar jail on Thursday.

Since the order passed by justice VK Shali does not mention whether Chandolia should be arrested again, he is expected to stay out of jail till further notice by the Delhi high court.

Justice Shali has issued notices to CBI and Chandolia for December 7. He said observations of the trial judge while granting bail to Chandolia will affect the bail plea of former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura pending before him.

Chandolia has already spent 297 days in Tihar jail.

The CBI has said that Chandolia conspired with former telecom minister A Raja to give an undue advantage to certain ineligible companies in spectrum allocation by helping in fabricating records.
