All the three were standing with bowed heads.
Dr T Roy, a resident, commented, “Their heads are bowed in shame. It is a good gesture to show them in this state.”
Bebli Das, another resident, said, “If corrupt people or those involved in criminal acts take cue and feel ashamed and give up their ways, things will look up.”
But “it was actually a gust of wind which brought down the heads,” said Rajiv Kakria of the colony that organised the programme.
