SC issues notice to CBI seeking shifting of the trial of the case involving former UP Minister Amarmani Tripathi

The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to CBI on a plea by sister of slain poetess Madhumita Shukla seeking shifting of the trial of the case involving former Uttar Pradesh Minister Amarmani Tripathi from a Dehradun court.
The trial of the case was earlier shifted from Uttar Pradesh to Dehradun on the direction of the apex court.
