Pay house tax by June 30 at zonal offices: MCD
If you want to get 15% rebate on your house tax, make payment before June 30. To facilitate property taxpayers pay their house before the last date, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) had decided to open all the zonal offices and headquarter of the property tax department even on Saturday.

“All property owners are advised to avail the opportunity and deposit the lump-sum payment of property tax before June 30. This will enable them to get the benefit of 15% rebate for making timely payment. They would also be able to avail of other additional rebate / concessions as applicable,” said a senior MCD official.
Those who fail to make payments will attract usual interest for the delayed payment as per provisions of Delhi Municipal Corporation (DMC) Act.
