It has been exactly a week since the odd-even rule came into existence in Delhi.

Since its inception, contradicting reports have emerged regarding the air quality in the capital. While the Delhi government has been claiming, citing various reports, that the scheme has improved Delhi’s air quality, many news reports stated the opposite.

While many Delhiites tweeted pictures of relatively congestion-free roads there were reports of massive traffic jams at the city’s borders.
