Priyanka Gandhi, 41, who underwent a minor surgery at a private hospital in the Capital on Monday, is stable and fit to be discharged.

"She is up and about and ready to be discharged anytime. She will leave when there is minimal crowd in the hospital which could be late in the night or early in the morning," said a hospital source.
Gandhi underwent a laparoscopic gall bladder surgery at the Sir Gangaram Hospital after stones were found in her gall bladder during a routine health check-up.
She was admitted on Sunday, and according to the hospital sources she is most likely to leave hospital on early Wednesday morning to avoid crowd.
Her family members, including mother and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and brother Rahul Gandhi, had visited her at the hospital.
