This one’s a sure recipe for a perfect Sunday with family and friends. Have a sumptuous brunch and head for the President’s Estate for a refreshing walk in the Mughal Garden.

The garden, which was the private property of the Viceroy of India before Independence, is in full bloom.

The garden was thrown open to public right after Independence.

If you are lucky, you might as well get a peacock for company as you explore the 15 acres of the garden, part of which is used by the President to host the ‘At Homes’.

It takes about one-and-half hours to go around the entire garden, which includes a musical garden, spiritual garden, herbal garden apart from a bonsai and cactus collection.
