The maximum temperature was recorded at 23.5 degrees Celsius, which is normal for this time of the season, Met department said.

Weathermen have forecast mainly clear sky for Tuesday and partially cloudy sky in the morning.

The minimum and maximum temperature will remain around 10 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively, they said.
