Gujarat assembly elections are scheduled for December 1 and 5, with counting of votes and announcement of results on December 8. Meanwhile, the Delhi MCD polls will be held on December 4 and the results will be released on December 7. The BJP is currently in power in both Gujarat and the Delhi MCDs.
