Ajay Devgn and Kajol may not have been seen on the big screen together for a while now, but they are collectively lending their support to any cause that works towards the betterment of society.
The couple will now spread awareness on every child’s right to education through NDTV’s ‘Support My School’ campaign.
Last year, Ajay had reportedly donated Rs 10 lakh to help transform the lives of children deprived of the right to education. Being the parents of two small children, this cause is close to the couple and they want to help these children in their small way.
“Every child has a right to education and Kajol and I believe in supporting this cause with our best efforts. Not only society, but citizens as individuals have to also do their part to make sure that children are not deprived of their fundamental right. As public faces, it should be our endeavour to do whatever we can to help spread the awareness for this noble cause,” says Ajay.

The couple will be joining cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and interacting with several other celebrities from different walks of life as well as ordinary citizens for 30 minutes in a 12 hour-long show to be hosted by Dr Pronoy Roy today at noon.
