So much so that it seems Voraji was also burdened by some financial troubles. And he didn’t have any other project in his kitty except Run Bhola Run.

So Khiladi Kumar got cracking and set up a project for the writer-director and also assured him of seeing the project through to the cinemas soon.

Sonam says no to Abhishek
A khabru told me that Sonam Kapoor was also in the reckoning for the female lead in Ashutosh Gowariker’s next period saga, Khele Hum Jee Jaan Se, in which Abhishek Bachchan is playing a freedom fighter.

But Kapoor didn’t take it up due to unavailability of the dates and also because she’s sceptical about being paired with Abhi after Dilli 6 flopped. That’s why Deepika Padukone was finalised for the role.
