Darren Wright told the West Australian newspaper that the impact smashed his two front teeth, causing damage he claims will take months to repair, the Sun reported.
Wright added that though he thinks that the 51-year-old singer did not intend to harm anyone, he wants the rocker to pay the 3,500-pound bill to get his teeth fixed.
Meanwhile, tour promoter Andrew McManus reportedly reached out to Wright and offered him a signed microphone as a souvenir - but he turned down the offer.
